Back To Basics

I love late game in modded Minecraft, but early game has cool stuff, too. This was the first time in a while that I was able to build a turtle, and those things are VERY low-resource but super awesome for mining all the things.

Also, Refined Storage is nice, but there’s something to be said for alternating chests and trapped chests to get some early game compact storage.

Also also… cows.

Drill failure! | Crash Plays FTB Inventions

http://youtu.be/aZnhg6kUNRU I eventually get the IC2 Mining Drill made, but it wasn’t as clear cut as I thought. I took the liberty of cutting out a good 10 minutes of me trying to figure out how to make steel in this mod pack.

Oh, and I make a big mistake in the beginning that I don’t find out until the end. Bonus!
