Tailoring in Mists is a little bit different with the going to the Silken Fields to do the special Imperial Silk. It reminds me of back in Burning Crusades when you had to go to Netherstorm to make Spellcloth.just this time you only need to bring the cloth with you, unless you are using x3 Spirit of Harmony & cloth to make the Imperial cloth, however if you do that, you don’t get a Silkworm Cocoon to open. The Imperial silk just goes right into your bags.
When you do the Imperial Silk Materials recipe, you get a silkworm Cocoon to open up. When you open the Cocoon, you now have a chance to get one of these two pets: Imperial Silkworm and an Imperial Moth.
The Imperial Silkworm seems to be the one that I have gotten the most. I have gotten three so far. I kept the first one, gave the second one to my husband, & I gave the third one to my husband’s sister. This little guy doesn’t look all that bad to me. He’s kind fo cute.
The Imperial Moth was something new that I had just gotten on 12/15/2012 when I did my Imperial Silk recipe. I’m not sure about other people, but this pet doesn’t please my eyes. I think it’s the hair/fur coming from the antenna’s of the Moth, which makes it not pleasing to me. I did look Imperial Moths up on the internet to see what they look like in real life & I found a wikipedia article about them.

I guess I just have something to think about right now with this new Moth pet of mine.
