Part of the Baltimore and Annapolis Trail goes past the Marley Station Mall, so I thought I’d take a look since Kelli and I used to go there a lot, too.
There was an organized RC car race happening in the J.C. Penney’s parking lot, so that was pretty cool. The rest of the mall was mostly empty.
You could argue that this was mostly because I was there fairly early on a Saturday, a day where most people like to sleep until noon. I hope this was the case, but the number of shops that were drywalled shut as opposed to just having locked doors makes me doubt that assessment.
It’s a shame, though. It’s a nice place, otherwise, and their movie theater was showing Wonder Woman.
